William Sanchez is the senior loan consultant of Elm Financial Services. Elm Financial Services
was founded in 2015. Because of a need in the market for alternative financing
solutions for borrowers who do not meet the standard requirements for
traditional commercial lending. After serving in the Air Force and Army Reserve,
William spent several years in the aviation industry. It was in this environment
that William noticed the deficit for aircraft financing which led him to the
lending industry.
Now with over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending both residential and commercial, William has a diverse knowledge of the industry and how to best serve his clients' financing needs.
